In an effort to get more fish in to my hubbies diet I have to hide it in various sauces...I've just found a fantastic Massaman Curry sauce at Whole foods, but you can buy it online from Curry Simple..I've added prawns (shrimp) and tilapia, sweet potato, green beans and onion and some green chilli for some extra heat. I also added a table spoon of chunky peanut butter (as everytime I've had a Massaman it always had peanuts in it!), a final tablespoon of chopped coriander (cilantro) and I'm serving over fluffy basmati rice...it tastes delicious so I'm happy to recommend!
